Catch up of 2014

In 2014 I attended my first NBA game. LA Clippers vs. the Jazz.. We were at the very tip top row, but still managed to see really well. I can't remember who won, I believe the Clippers, but it was just fun getting out and going.

We spent the 4th of July in Reno. Watching the fireworks being shot off the Nugget, laying in the Sparks High School football field. It made a fun night with the Stodtmeister side of the family.

Fast forward. Kipp Graduated!!! He is now a college graduate, from BYU in Exercise Science. Even though he didn't finish school until December, he chose to walk the summer graduation before, so we wouldn't have to wait until the following spring.

Another great occasion that happened this year was Kipp's twin, Kyle, got married to his beautiful wife Terra. I appreciate such occasions, because its the only time we really have pictures taken.

That then brings us to December. Utah was having a not so winter, winter this year. But the miracle that is winter happened to dump snow Christmas Eve. As Kipp and I were alone on Christmas (1st time) we had nothing better to do than go sledding (on a longboard deck) at Rock Canyon Park.

Mom flew in after christmas, and we spent time just relaxing and hanging out (no pictures as it was really low key). After mom flew home, Kipp's parents made our present going to Walt Disney World. Although we took a red eye, we made it and spent the new year with Millions of people walking around the parks, and standing in lines.

Then of course we made it to the Castle to celebrate with Mickey and Minie (We only took one picture and Kipp blinked).

But rest assured Kipp was not blinking when we got to the Star Wars stuff. He was a kid in a candy store. I mean, just look at that face!

And if you questioned just how excited Kipp was to eat Mickey shaped ice-cream... just look at this ham of a smile!

And who couldn't pass up the Simpson's area at Orlando Studios.. Which in general was a less clean park than Disney, but had some fun 3-D rides.
And Orlando Studio's isn't complete with out going to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter!
Gay and I were struggling to keep our shoes on. Rod looks not thrilled, and Kipp once again was very engaged and excited to be there!.

Hogwarts was pretty magical. But even more so was the Butterbeer.. I preferred mine frozen, Kipp liked his just chilled. I think we could have drank this all day!

The dragon onto of Gringotts blew fire every 1/2hour.

Sorry this picture is so dark, but Kipp was using a wand to cast a spell to make a quill write,
Thus ended the 2014 year
